John Casey

John
Casey founded CEO Netweavers in 2001, initially bringing together
ten friends to help each other find jobs. Today CEO Netweavers has
grown to over 300 members in three cities, all CEOs and trusted
service providers committed to giving help to each other and to the
tenets of Bob Greenleaf’s Servant Leadership.
Their vision is “transforming business and enriching lives through
servant leadership.” Members share relationships, skills and
knowledge without any expectation of return. They are servants and
mentors in their families, communities and businesses.
John Casey, Managing Partner for Propensity Hayes International and
Vice President of Consulting and Search Services for Propensity,
works on client engagements in all service areas, search,
consulting, training, coaching and leadership development. John’s
specialization is in hospitality, retail and consumer product and
manufacturing clients.
John worked for Baxter Travenol International in Deerfield, PepsiCo
International with assignments in New York, the Middle East and
Southern Europe and Pioneer Flour Mills in San Antonio. He had
entrepreneurial assignments with small manufacturing companies in
Fort Worth and Dallas. He founded Massimo da Milano, a chain of
Italian Bakery Cafes.
John has been involved in numerous process implementations including
MRP II, Lean Manufacturing, Cycle Time Reduction, Distribution
Replenishment Programs and Continuous Replenishment Programs.
John earned an MBA at Harvard Business School in marketing and
finance. He was in Africa with the Peace Corps and is fluent in
French and Spanish. He is married to his wife Fran for 37 years and
they have four children.
