As the CEO of Profiles International, Jim Sirbasku’s purpose is to make Profiles International the industry’s leader.  As a co-founder of the company, he expanded it’s marketing efforts, while introducing innovative new products.  The company’s goal is to provide business, government and industry with modern occupational evaluation tools for optimizing human resources.  Today his company is known as the “Assessment Company” for the wide range of products designed to put the right people into the right jobs.  In addition to his busy business schedule, Jim Sirbasku makes time for community service, and serves on many committees and boards in central Texas.
