McCain Foods Limited founder and Chairman of the Board H. Harrison McCain is no small fry, and never has been. From the first year of potato production and frozen fries in 1957, he has played a vigorous role in the company’s strategic planning and overseas development. Total annual sales now reach well over $4 billion, with more than 55 plants in 10 countries exporting potato specialties, green vegetables, desserts, pizzas, juices and beverages, oven meals, entrees and cheese. H. Harrison McCain has directed the growth of the company from a French fry processing operation to the world’s largest producer of French fries with expanded companies engaged in transportation and equipment manufacturing.
