Edward Joullion III

Mr.
Edward Joullian III was born in Blackwell, Oklahoma and grew up in
Oklahoma City. In 1951 he graduated from Oklahoma State University
with a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering.
Despite his work as a natural gas engineer being interrupted by a
tour of Army duty in Korea, he managed to continue in his field of
expertise, where he commanded a petroleum products laboratory unit.
Upon his return to Oklahoma City in 1953, he began his career with
Mustang Fuel Corporation. He was named Chairman of the Board and
President of Mustang and its subsidiaries in 1964, the positions he
still holds today.
Mr. Joullian has been a long-time civic leader and volunteer worker.
He has served as president of the Gas Processors Association and of
the Junior Achievement of Greater Oklahoma City, and past Chairman
of the Oklahoma Chapter of the Young President’s Organization. He
has also held various offices in civic clubs.
Mr. Joullian has dedicated more than 25 years of service to the Boy
Scouts of America and was selected as President for the Organization
in 1982. Previously, he had served in local, area and regional
council offices of the Boy Scouts of America, and he has been a
member and officer of the national executive board since 1978.
An Eagle Scout as a youth, he was honored with the Distinguished
Eagle Award for more than a quarter century of outstanding
achievement in business and civic affairs.
